Manny Courier LLC – Workplace Policy

1. Scope & Purpose
This policy outlines professional expectations and safety standards for all employees and independent contractors working in field-based roles for Manny Courier LLC. Our "workplace" is the vehicle, the road, and the client site.

2. Professional Conduct

• Couriers must maintain a courteous, respectful, and professional demeanor with clients, patients, and partners.

• Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) should be used appropriately to ensure clear client interaction.

• Uniforms or identification must be worn or displayed when required.

3. Remote Work Structure

• All couriers operate remotely from their vehicles and homes. No physical office is maintained.

• All communication, dispatch, and reporting is conducted via mobile apps, phone, or email.

4. Vehicle Standards

• Vehicles must be clean, well-maintained, and equipped for safe and secure transport (temperature control if required).

• Daily pre-trip inspections are mandatory.

• Drivers must comply with all DOT, OSHA, and local traffic regulations.

5. Medical Compliance

• HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT training and certification are required for all employees handling medical shipments.

• Exposure Control Plans (ECP) must be followed at all times.

6. Data & Device Use

• Company apps and devices (if provided) must be used only for business purposes.

• Client data must be protected per our privacy policy. Personal devices used for work must meet security standards.

7. Incident Reporting

• Any accidents, delays, lost packages, or safety concerns must be reported immediately to dispatch or management.

8. Harassment-Free Policy

• Manny Courier LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or retaliation of any kind, including during remote interactions or on client property.

9. Hours & Availability

• Drivers must be available and responsive during scheduled shifts and adhere to all delivery deadlines.

10. Policy Acknowledgment
All staff must read and acknowledge this policy as part of their onboarding. Updates will be communicated via email or official notice.
