FUEL SURCHARGE POLICY (Average Gas Price Baseline)

Overview

Manny Courier LLC applies a fuel surcharge when the average retail gasoline price in Mesa, AZ exceeds the baseline price of $3.10 per gallon. This baseline is reviewed and updated monthly based on public data sources such as AAA and GasBuddy.

Surcharge Calculation

Fuel surcharges are applied per delivery using this table, based on the average fuel price for the current month:

Review Schedule

Fuel surcharges are reviewed on the 1st of each month, based on the published average fuel price for the prior month. To ensure consistency and transparency:

• Pick one fixed day each month, such as the 1st, to assess fuel prices.

• Check the average regular gasoline price in Mesa from a reliable source—AAA or GasBuddy are preferred.

• Use this number to determine the appropriate surcharge tier for the entire upcoming month.

Billing

The surcharge is shown as a separate line item on invoices and applies per delivery unless otherwise negotiated.
